On December 2nd we released our second Limited Edition t-shirt- Cross Tee!
Take a look at our latest photoshoot! In contrast to the previous Photoshoot for the Concrete Jungle tee which was captured in a cellar with brick work, we wanted to take this one into the outdoors for a more organic look. We went to Worthington Park in Sale Cheshire where Pete Oakley captured these brilliant shots!
This design was by far the favourite in the Facebook vote so we have had high hopes! We wanted to release this first but due to it being a 5 colour print we needed to wait for the money to come in! Those screens are expensive!
Background of our Design
We took the photograph featured on the Tee on a Trip to Berlin with University. The wall we photographed was in the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp overlooking the entrance. It's such a powerful image and has received lots of attention.
Although we did think that this was a sensitive subject to be touching upon we found some nice quotes which were giving the people of Berlin a sense of hope in the museum! Hence the title on the Tee 'Berlin is Free'.
When we visited Berlin we went on a Fat Tyre Bike Tour where we learnt lots about the country and it's history. We were told that the Germans were scared of anything like that happening again and that lots of the remaining history had been hidden or destroyed - for instance Hitlers Bunker has now been covered with a Car park and flats!
