Top Ten

The Votes are In!

205 Likes later... We have our Top Ten Designs!

During January we had a voting poll on Facebook. People would visit our page and 'like' their top ten designs out of forty. Many of the votes came as surprises to us, t-shirts we thought would be losers became the clear winners! Which therefore made the whole thing worth while!

We created interest in our t-shirts, people were getting excited about our designs and it has really spurred us on! We would like to thank everyone who helped us out... Hopefully it won't be too long before these are for sale.

Islington Mill

Went to see One69a Studio today in Islington Mill. What a place! Tons of studios full of designers and makers. It took us back to when we visited the Taschels in Berlin. If we choose to print here they're going to let us print ourselves! Good experience and also keeping down those costs!

One day we would love a studio here...

Johnny Cupcakes!

Now that Christmas is over and the cards have been put away for another year, we have turned our attention back to our t-shirt designs! Since the beginning of January me and Bec have spent the majority of our time researching into t-shirt suppliers and printers and bringing quotes together... not forgetting of corse looking into the history of the t-shirt ect! It has been hard work but we feel like we are getting close to a decision and excitement is building by the day!

The best thing we have read this month:

READ THIS STORY! You will be inspired!

Crown and Country Vintage Fair

Our First Craft Fair!

After a very late night of preparing for the fair we were both feeling and looking like zombies...
but we were ready for the day ahead!

Overall we had a successful time! Maybe not as successful as we had hoped on the money front but engaging with people in similar situations to ourselves really was inspiring! We met some brilliant people who we hope to keep in touch with and learn from in the future.

Hearing and seeing customer reactions to our cards was also good! We had raised eyebrows, laughs at Ralph the Reindeer and conversations about Graphic Design!

Thanks Crown and Country for letting us be involved!
